Personal Training
We provide you with value-for-money! Our service model gives you the best of both worlds - a trainer who works with up to 6 clients at once to make sure you're working at the right intensity and getting the most out your training time.
This
spreads the cost while ensuring you're still getting highly-personalised service and achieving your goals. Of course, we do offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions as well. We find a lot of clients have one or two personal training sessions per week to accelerate results or to prepare for an event.
