1.We'll take you through every exercise to make sure you're exercising safely and correctly. Sometimes it's hard to remember how to do all of the exercises during the session. To ensure you get the best results from your training you need to be doing it properly!

Have you ever been doing an exercise and felt it wasn't quite right or you weren't doing it correctly? We will ensure that everyone is exercising effectively and correctly at all times in both small and large groups.

2.You'll find it more affordable to train in a group. By training within a group you are lowering the session cost but still getting the same benefits as you would with a one-on-one session. You'll still receive the help and direction necessary to help you reach your goals.

3.We'll provide structured programs whether you join a small or large group. Train with a friend or get a group together-your sporting team, a group of work mates or friends. You may find yourself using muscles you didn't know you had. You'll open your eyes to other training and forms of exercise.

4.You'll always know what's happening! During the session, you'll get a short overview of what we'll be doing, we'll go over a few of the exercises and the session will start with a warm up. You'll then proceed to strength and resistance training, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, a cool-down segment and partner-assisted stretching.
