GRAVITY GTS

The GTS is a functional resistance-training workout that targets a multitude of health and fitness goals to suit your needs, from hypertrophy, toning and weight loss to joint and muscular rehabilitation and improvements of athletic performance.

 

 

Not everybody is interested in going to the gym, the GTS is something different, giving you a smooth experience with intensity, resulting in a fun and challenging workout. The GTS is designed for anyone - including people with injuries or muscular skeletal complaints.


Group Personal Training

Working out in a small group with like-minded people can be very motivating and uplifting.

You not only have the trainer watching out for you but new friends from your group who also help in keeping you focused and getting you through the session.

If you're looking for a personal training experience but can't afford one-on-one instruction, having a training partner or training in a group can reduce your costs.

You will find that proper exercise technique is emphasised and you'll be pushed to the limits of your performance capabilities. Small and large sessions are available to accommodate your particular fitness and financial needs.


Pilates

The Pilates principles recognise the need for a strong core with good alignment, functional mobility and attention to correct breathing. If you struggle to get your cardio done in your own time, our new cardio station is now available - train in private with monitoring and motivation.

We also provide a mobile training service where we come to you, to your home or office at a time convenient to you.
