Weight Loss ProgramThe Weight Loss Program is a structured program that helps you make healthy, lasting changes to your physical activity and diet, and to lose and maintain weight loss in the long-term. This program enables you to exercise regularly and correctly with supervision & motivation, whilst incorporating education to make healthier choices about your individual diet & lifestyle. Our constant coaching helps keep you focused and relaxed about the journey as there are invariably great achievements and a few potholes along the way.We want to make your regular exercise enjoyable and fun – it isn’t all about sweat and pain! By training with VigourPT you have taken the first step to making some lasting changes towards improving you, your health & fitness, and your quality of life. VigourPT aims to combine exercise with education and advertise that weight-loss is NOT one-size-fits-all. Keep in mind everything must be taken at one step at a time. You will get there if you work with us and commit to making the required changes to your lifestyle. Why? Strength & Conditioning ProgramThe Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to meet the needs of clients wanting to improve their current training performance, or improve and be more efficient in a chosen sport, or to just add variety to their current strength training. This program aims to provide you with the significant strength & conditioning benefits and improvements in your overall personal/athletic performance. Training for strength & conditioning requires concentration, intensity and discipline in order to see the results you are after. What the program does? The program exercises the major muscle groups to challenge and improve your lean muscle mass. It’s not only about muscle size but muscle efficiency – better energy creation, co-ordination, agility, power and balance. We progressively increase the energy output of the muscles through increases of weight or other resistance using a mixture of anaerobic and aerobic training. What is the VigourPT Strength & Conditioning program? It is a structured program to create & maintain more efficient, stronger lean muscle from supervised strength/resistance training exercises, proper technique and dietary guidance. Specific& Rehab ProgramThe Specific & Rehab Program aims to improve your everyday living by focussing on specific problem areas that are requiring particular treatment through exercise. We learned to understand how individual ailments require specific attention in order to rehabilitate and improve the sufferer’s wellbeing and day-today living. This helped us to tailor our program using daily exercise and physical therapy to help improve many chronic conditions caused by injury or disease. VigourPT provides a structured plan for improving your health, disposition and recover from injuries with strength & resistance exercises based on Pilates principles. We wish to work hand in hand with any professional therapist who may have advised you to exercise regularly or if you just wish to just strengthen a troublesome joint/limb. What is the VigourPT Specific & Rehab program? It is a structured program to help maximise our Clients quality of life through specific functional exercises for a healthier and more active lifestyle. What the program does? VigourPT uses exercise to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. We intend on you seeing the results you are after while exercising with variety and energy to keep coming back for more! How the program helps & benefits you? VigourPT focuses on functional exercises that mimic movements found in everyday living. The prescribed exercises intend to increase your strength, mobility and help avoid injuries. The program also aims to increase our Clients capacity to remain independent and manage their day-to-day activities by staying active. We seek to improve core strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination through strength & resistance-based training. Maintenance & Variety ProgramThe Maintenance & Variety Program aims to maintain enthusiasm and add variety to your regular exercise whilst also giving improved results. We offer a wide variety of training methods, equipment and levels of intensity to keep you training at your best. VigourPT seeks to add new results, remove the routine, and help you maintain workout efficiency & enjoyment to avoid plateauing. VigourPT will add the variety, the challenge, different equipment and good company to keep you coming back for more. How the program helps & benefits you? The human body is incredibly smart, efficient and quick to adapt to any stress caused by exercise. What may have worked for you 6mths or even 6 weeks ago will not have the same results now as your body can now do the previously ‘tough’ VigourPT strives to keep your body guessing so it just cannot adapt. We seek to complement our Clients current training ability by adding variety whilst concentrating on core balance, agility, speed, strength and power. We will provide great sessions to test our Clients while supervising and giving extra motivation so their exercise routine does not go stale. Mobility & Lifestyle ProgramThe Mobility & Lifestyle Program benefits everyday living using regular exercise involving major muscle groups and a variety of functional movements to improve our Clients mobility and lifestyle. VigourPT provides a simple plan for improving your balance, muscle mass and bone density to help with everyday duties and movements. We also make sure there is a bit of brain training as well to keep your whole body active. What is the VigourPT Mobility & Lifestyle program? It is a structured program that seeks to help our Clients maintain or regain mobility and improve everyday living with functional exercises. What the program does? Through strength & resistance-based training we seek to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. This type of training is proven to benefit overall strength, body awareness, and wellbeing. How the program helps & benefits you?
